During his time at Saxo Bank, Christian held several senior leadership positions including Global Head of Partner & Institutional business which he successfully grew by more than 60% a year for 3 years in a row. Starting out with a small sales team of 8 people in Copenhagen (and growing) he grew it into a global sales and account management team with 80 people in Copenhagen, London, New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Beijing. Under Christian, the partner & institutional business was the fastest growing segment for Saxo Bank and accounted for more than 65% of the bank’s top-line revenue.
Prior to Saxo Bank, Christian worked for Bloomberg L.P. in London and was the co-founder and MD of a B2B Internet Start-up also based out of London. Christian holds a BSC degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
In the United Kingdom, Sandor was the project manager for the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards for Collins Stewart Tullett plc (and Prebon plc upon its acquisition) before joining CMC Markets plc where he was the Group Financial Controller and Global Head of Risk. Sandor was then promoted to COO/CFO North America and responsible the operations of CMC Markets in that region.
During her time at Saxo Bank, Remonda established the legal function and developed its strategy, focusing primarily on technology as a driving force and facilitator for new legal solutions and services needed and required for the capital markets. Prior to Saxo Bank, she worked at Martineau Johnson Solicitors in Birmingham and London. Furthermore, Remonda helped to establish the Nordic Capital Markets Forum, where she remains an active board member.
Remonda holds an LL.B (Bachelor of Laws with Honours and European Legal Systems) from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK and from Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Remonda is admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
After Deutsche Bank, Eric joined a large Danish corporate bank as their Head of Treasury. Additionally, Eric serves as a board member of the CFH Group as well as on various other company boards within shipping, logistics and oil trading and supply.
Eric holds an Executive MBA from SIMI/CBS (1996).
Most notably Chris founded and later sold Conduit Communication in 1999 for in excess of 150 million GBP. Chris had previously been the CEO of the Harpur Group, UK's second largest provider of fuel card services and has led a number of successful business turnarounds and buyouts. Prior to this, Chris has worked for Arthur Andersen and Bain & Company in London. Chris holds an MBA from INSEAD.
