Christian Frahm

Christian is the founder and CEO of CFH Group, responsible for overall strategy and new business opportunities.
Prior to CFH Group, Christian spent 4 years with Saxo Bank where he was Senior Executive Director and Head of Europe (excl. UK & ME) & North America responsible for a group of 200 people and roughly 80% of the bank’s overall income. Responsibilities included sales and account management, sales trading, wealth management and marketing. Christian was a member of Saxo Bank’s Senior Executive Management Team.

During his time at Saxo Bank, Christian held several senior leadership positions including Global Head of Partner & Institutional business which he successfully grew by more than 60% a year for 3 years in a row. Starting out with a small sales team of 8 people in Copenhagen (and growing) he grew it into a global sales and account management team with 80 people in Copenhagen, London, New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Beijing. Under Christian, the partner & institutional business was the fastest growing segment for Saxo Bank and accounted for more than 65% of the bank’s top-line revenue.

Prior to Saxo Bank, Christian worked for Bloomberg L.P. in London and was the co-founder and MD of a B2B Internet Start-up also based out of London. Christian holds a BSC degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management.


 

Sandor Helby

Sandor is Group CFO of CFH Group and is responsible for the finance and risk functions at CFH Markets as well as advising CFH Group's Board Members on strategic investments.
Sandor holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Australia, where he gained experience with a broad range of clients from several market sectors including financial services.

In the United Kingdom, Sandor was the project manager for the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards for Collins Stewart Tullett plc (and Prebon plc upon its acquisition) before joining CMC Markets plc where he was the Group Financial Controller and Global Head of Risk. Sandor was then promoted to COO/CFO North America and responsible the operations of CMC Markets in that region.


 

Remonda Z. Kirketerp-Møller

Remonda is the Head of Legal & Compliance, responsible for all legal matters for CFH Group.
Remonda is a legal expert focusing on the capital markets, in particular online trading of FX and other financial products. Remonda spent 5 years with Saxo Bank in various senior roles within the Legal & Compliance Department, and was most recently Director and Head of Legal Affairs.

During her time at Saxo Bank, Remonda established the legal function and developed its strategy, focusing primarily on technology as a driving force and facilitator for new legal solutions and services needed and required for the capital markets. Prior to Saxo Bank, she worked at Martineau Johnson Solicitors in Birmingham and London. Furthermore, Remonda helped to establish the Nordic Capital Markets Forum, where she remains an active board member.

Remonda holds an LL.B (Bachelor of Laws with Honours and European Legal Systems) from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK and from Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Remonda is admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.


 

Eric Michelsen

Eric serves as the group's COO and is day-to-day responsible for Operations (including risk and trading) and Client Service.
In 1979 Eric began his career in FX and since 2000 he has been at the forefront of online trading in all shapes and forms. He served as Vice CEO of Saxo Bank until spring 2007 when he moved to London to assist Deutsche Bank in building a competitive proprietary multiproduct platform. Due to the implosion caused first by the subprime crisis and followed by the Lehman collapse, the project faded out after a year. However, this project became one of the founding elements of CFH Markets.

After Deutsche Bank, Eric joined a large Danish corporate bank as their Head of Treasury. Additionally, Eric serves as a board member of the CFH Group as well as on various other company boards within shipping, logistics and oil trading and supply.

Eric holds an Executive MBA from SIMI/CBS (1996).


 

Chris Mathias

Chris Mathias is one of England's most successful Internet entrepreneurs and private equity investors, born and raised in India but now living in the UK. Chris serves on several boards including the advisory board of Barclays Private Wealth Management and is member of the Global Philanthropists Circle.
Chris has invested in more than 30 companies either personally or via his two venture capital companies, CMG Partner and Arbor Ventures and holds an exceptional track record in building businesses.

Most notably Chris founded and later sold Conduit Communication in 1999 for in excess of 150 million GBP. Chris had previously been the CEO of the Harpur Group, UK's second largest provider of fuel card services and has led a number of successful business turnarounds and buyouts. Prior to this, Chris has worked for Arthur Andersen and Bain & Company in London. Chris holds an MBA from INSEAD.
