Christian founded CFH Group in 2008 with the aim of investing and creating companies that empower financial institutions to compete and win in their e-Markets.
Today the group spans 4 different companies, with clients in 82 countries and more than 100 employees in 5 different locations. Most noticeably, Christian founded CFH Clearing in 2008 based in London and regulated by the UK FCA as a riskless principal broker.
CFO of TradeTech Group
Neil joined the board of CFH in 2017 and has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tradetech, Playtech’s financial division. Neil is a qualified accountant and corporate financier with almost 25 years' experience, including in connection with IPOs and other classifiable capital markets transactions; financial due diligence; working capital reviews; and bank reports and investigations.
Prior to joining the Playtech Group in 2015, Neil spent 21 years with BDO in London where he advised public and private companies on, inter alia, mergers, acquisitions, flotations and fundraising (including large, complex, overseas and UK corporate finance projects).
CEO of CFH Clearing
Matthew joined CFH as Chief Financial Officer in 2014 before stepping up as CEO in 2016. Matthew started his career with PwC in London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. Subsequently Matthew worked for London Stock Exchange plc in a variety of roles covering M&A, Investor Relations and financial reporting.
After this he worked as Head of Finance at Bridgewell, the boutique investment bank, and was a founding partner at Ipex Capital, a fund investing in telematics, e-procurement and medical device start ups.
His last role was as Head of Finance at Moneycorp, the foreign exchange and international payments specialist, where he was responsible for financial reporting and was heavily involved in the sale of the business to Bridgepoint in 2014. Matthew was heavily involved in the sale of CFH to Playtech in 2016.
